    1 c. unprocessed wheat bran
    1 c. Hy-Vee English walnut pieces
    1 c. chopped prunes
    1 c. sunflower nut butter
    ¾ c. brown rice syrup

    Directions

    1. Mix all ingredients together using an electric mixer. Press evenly into an 8- or 9-inch pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Refrigerate until firm.
