Herbed Salmon Pinwheels

1 (8 oz) can refrigerated Hy-Vee reduced-fat crescent rolls | ||
¼ c. Boursin garlic and fine herbs cheese | ||
1 (4 oz) pkg smoked salmon, coarsely chopped | ||
2 tbsp. chopped green onion | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee dill weed | ||
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee black pepper |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Unroll dough into 2 long rectangles. Firmly press perforations to seal.
- Spread each rectangle evenly with cheese. Sprinkle with salmon, onion, dill and black pepper.
- Starting at the short side of each rectangle, roll up tightly. Gently press edge to seal. Cut each roll into 8 slices. Arrange slices on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
- Serve warm.
