¼ tsp. garlic powder
¼ tsp. onion powder

Directions

  1. Blend cottage cheese and milk in blender until smooth.
  2. Spoon into medium bowl; stir in remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.
  3. Cover and refrigerate several hours or until chilled. Serve with Kashi crackers.
