    ¼ c. Gustare Vita pesto
    2 (6-oz.) Hy-Vee hickory House herb-roasted chicken breasts, thinly sliced
    1 ½ c. fresh arugula
    1 (3.5-oz.) container crumbled goat cheese
    ¼ c. roasted red bell pepper, chopped

    Directions

    1. Cut rolls in half crosswise, separating top from bottom. Spread pesto on bottom section; add chicken, arugula, goat cheese, and bell pepper. 

    2. Add roll tops. Cut into individual sandwiches and serve.
