1 (16 oz) bag Hy-Vee baby carrots | ||
⅓ c. water | ||
3 tbsp. Hy-Vee margarine | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee rosemary | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee thyme | ||
½ tsp. fennel seed |
Directions
- Place carrots and water in a large skillet. Cover.
- Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes or until carrots are tender. Drain.
- Stir in margarine, rosemary, thyme and fennel seed. Continue cooking, stirring frequently until heated and glazed.
