1 tbsp. green onion, finely chopped | ||

½ tsp. garlic, finely chopped |

Directions
- Whip together butter and wine. Fold in green onion, parsley, thyme and garlic.
- Shape into stick shape on butter wrapper or put into a small covered bowl. If shaping into a stick wrap tightly with wrapper or plastic wrap once the butter is firm. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
