    ½ c.Hy-Vee unsalted butter, at room temperature
    1 ½ tbsp.dry white wine
    1 tbsp.green onion, finely chopped
    2 tsp.fresh parsley, finely chopped
    1 tsp.fresh thyme leaves
    ½ tsp.garlic, finely chopped

      Directions

      1. Whip together butter and wine. Fold in green onion, parsley, thyme and garlic.
      2. Shape into stick shape on butter wrapper or put into a small covered bowl. If shaping into a stick wrap tightly with wrapper or plastic wrap once the butter is firm. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
