    1 (14-oz.) package turkey smoked sausage, diced
    1 lbs. russet potatoes, peeled and diced
    1 (15-oz.) can Hy-Vee kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    1 (15-oz.) can Hy-Vee pinto beans, drained and rinsed
    1 (15-oz.) can Hy-Vee black beans, drained and rinsed
    1 (14.5-oz.) can Hy-Vee Italian diced tomatoes, undrained
    1 (48-oz.) container Hy-Vee reduced-sodium chicken broth

    Directions

    1. In a Dutch oven or large saucepan, saute onion with sausage over medium heat 5 minutes or until onion is tender and sausage is beginning to brown.
    2. Stir in potatoes, beans, tomatoes and broth. Bring to a boil; simmer, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes or until potatoes and beans are tender.
