    2(14.5-oz. each) cans Hy-Vee beef broth
    2 c.russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
    2 c.carrots, sliced
    1 c.celery, sliced
    1 c.red onion, cut into wedges
    ½ tsp.Hy-Vee dried thyme
    Hy-Vee salt, to taste
    Hy-Vee ground black pepper, to taste

    Directions

    1. In a large saucepan, combine thawed Savory Beef Starter, beef broth, potatoes, carrots, celery, red onion wedges and dried thyme. Bring mixture to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 25 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
