1 (18.3 oz) pkg Betty Crocker fudge brownie mix | ||
¼ c. water | ||
⅔ c. Hy-Vee vegetable oil | ||
2 Hy-Vee large eggs | ||
1 tsp. raspberry extract | ||
½ c. dark chocolate baking chips | ||
⅓ c. Hy-Vee red raspberry preserves |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Prepare brownies according to package directions, using water, oil and eggs. Stir in extract and baking chips. Spread in a greased 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Bake for 24 to 26 minutes. Cool.
- Heat preserves over medium heat until warm. Cut brownies using a small heart-shaped cookie cutter. Drizzle with preserves.
