2 (9 oz) pkg Putney Pasta three cheese tortellini | ||
1 c. fresh snow peas | ||
1 c. julienne-cut carrots | ||
¼ c. teriyaki sauce | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee soy sauce | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee clover honey | ||
1 c. cubed fresh pineapple | ||
¼ c. chow mein noodles | ||
2 tbsp. sliced almonds |
Directions
- Prepare tortellini according to package directions. During last 2 minutes of cooking tortellini, add snow peas and carrots to blanch slightly. Drain and rinse thoroughly under cold water.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl combine teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, olive oil and honey. Mix until well-combined.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta mixture, pineapple and dressing. Gently stir to coat pasta. Top with chow mein noodles and almonds.
