1 (8-oz.) pkg. Hy-Vee onion & chive cream cheese spread
½ c. plus 2 tbsp. Roth Havarti cheese, divided
12 baby bella mushrooms, (about 2-inches in diameter)
Fresh chives, chopped, for garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a large rimmed baking pan with foil; spray with nonstick cooking spray; set aside. Stir together cream cheese spread and 1/2 cup shredded Havarti cheese; set aside.

  2. Wipe mushroom caps clean with paper towels. Place caps stem sides up in prepared baking pan; remove stems. Fill mushrooms with about 1 tablespoon cheese mixture. Sprinkle with an additional 2 tablespoons shredded Havarti cheese.

  3. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese melts. Cool 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped chives, if desired.
