Havarti-Herb Potato Wedges
Servings and Ingredients
|2 tbsp.||Hy-Vee Select olive oil|
|2 tsp.||dried rosemary|
|1 tsp.||dried thyme|
|¼ tsp.||cayenne pepper|
|2||large potatoes, quartered lengthwise|
|4 oz.||light Havarti, cut into 8 thin strips|
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a small bowl combine oil, rosemary, thyme and cayenne; set aside. Place potato quarters in a large bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with oil mixture; toss to coat.
- Spread potato wedges on a baking pan. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until tender and lightly crisp. Remove from oven.
- Preheat broiler. Arrange potatoes so that they touch each other in a single layer on baking pan. Place 1 strip of Havarti on top of each potato wedge. Broil 2 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve immediately.
