    1 lbs.93%-lean ground turkey
    ½ c.Hy-Vee mayonnaise
    1(0.75 oz) pkg fresh basil (about 1 c.)
    Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste
    4Hy-Vee Bakery kaiser rolls
    8 tbsp.cranberry relish, divided
    4 slice(s)Hy-Vee Havarti cheese
    8 slice(s)Hy-Vee bacon, cooked
    4 tbsp.stone-ground mustard, divided

    Directions

    1. Form ground turkey into 4 patties. Grill patties until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
    2. Meanwhile, for basil aioli, combine mayonnaise, basil, salt and pepper in a food processor. Puree until smooth; set aside.
    3. Spread bottom half of buns with cranberry relish. Top each with grilled turkey patty, Havarti cheese slice and 2 slices bacon. On top bun, spread stone ground mustard and prepared basil aioli.
