Havarti Bacon Turkey Burgers
It's the sweet-tang of cranberry relish with turkey. Or maybe it's the smoky bacon smothered in buttery Havarti cheese? No, it's definitely all of the above that makes this burger so great.
Servings and Ingredients
|1 lbs.||93%-lean ground turkey|
|½ c.||Hy-Vee mayonnaise|
|1||(0.75 oz) pkg fresh basil (about 1 c.)|
|Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste|
|4||Hy-Vee Bakery kaiser rolls|
|8 tbsp.||cranberry relish, divided|
|4 slice(s)||Hy-Vee Havarti cheese|
|8 slice(s)||Hy-Vee bacon, cooked|
|4 tbsp.||stone-ground mustard, divided|
- Form ground turkey into 4 patties. Grill patties until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
- Meanwhile, for basil aioli, combine mayonnaise, basil, salt and pepper in a food processor. Puree until smooth; set aside.
- Spread bottom half of buns with cranberry relish. Top each with grilled turkey patty, Havarti cheese slice and 2 slices bacon. On top bun, spread stone ground mustard and prepared basil aioli.
