Preheat broiler on HIGH and set oven rack about 6-inches from top coil. Remove one Lahvosh from packaging. Place one 15-inch cracker on a large pizza tray or a large piece of aluminum foil. Place cheese slices on top of Lahvosh; tearing as necessary to fill in any spaces.
