  1. Combine Hatch pepper white Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, milk, jalapeno peppers, butter, white pepper, and cumin in a 1-1/2-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW heat for 1-1/2 hours or until heated through. Serve with chips or over walking tacos.
