    ½ (28 oz) bag Hy-Vee shoestring potato fries
    1 (0.87 oz) packet Hy-Vee 35% less sodium brown gravy mix
    1 c. water
    8 oz. hatch pepper cheese
    Fresh parsley, optional

    Directions

    1. Cook shoestring potatoes according to package instructions. Once brown and crispy, remove from oven. Set aside and keep warm.
    2. Combine package of brown gravy and 1 cup water. Cook according to package instructions. Remove from stove once thickened.
    3. Right before serving, place fries on plate and drizzle with gravy. Add crumbled hatch pepper cheese and garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
