    1 (16 oz) bag frozen California mix, thawed
    2 c. cubed fully cooked ham
    1 ½ c. Hy-Vee shredded cheddar cheese
    1 c. Hy-Vee reduced-fat baking mix
    3 c. Hy-Vee skim milk
    4 Hy-Vee large eggs, beaten

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9-by-13-inch pan with cooking spray.
    2. Layer vegetables, ham and cheese in baking pan. Mix together baking mix, milk and beaten eggs. Pour over vegetable mixture.
    3. Bake for one hour or until middle is set.
