    ½ c. Hy-Vee onion and chive cream cheese
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee dill pickle relish
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Dijon mustard
    8 slice(s) rye and pumpernickel swirl bread
    16 Hy-Vee deli thin slices smoked ham
    4 slice(s) Hy-Vee provolone cheese

    Directions

    1. In a small mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, relish and mustard. Stir until blended. Spread 1 tablespoon on each slice of bread.
    2. Top 4 slices of bread with 4 slices of ham and 1 slice of cheese. Top with remaining slices of bread.
    3. Use a knife to cut each sandwich diagonally into 4 portions.
    4. Thread 4 portions on each of 4 wooden skewers. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until serving time.
