Ham and Cheese Picnic Kabobs
Servings and Ingredients
|½ c. Hy-Vee onion and chive cream cheese|
|2 tbsp. Hy-Vee dill pickle relish|
|1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Dijon mustard|
|8 slice(s) rye and pumpernickel swirl bread|
|16 Hy-Vee deli thin slices smoked ham|
|4 slice(s) Hy-Vee provolone cheese|
- In a small mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, relish and mustard. Stir until blended. Spread 1 tablespoon on each slice of bread.
- Top 4 slices of bread with 4 slices of ham and 1 slice of cheese. Top with remaining slices of bread.
- Use a knife to cut each sandwich diagonally into 4 portions.
- Thread 4 portions on each of 4 wooden skewers. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until serving time.
