    Ingredients
    Serves 3
    QuantityIngredientAdd
6 slice(s) honey wheat sandwich bread, crusts removed
1 (8-oz.) pkg. Colby Jack chunk cheese
2 medium cucumbers, cut into 12 ribbons
6 slice(s) Hy-Vee Deli quality ham, any variety; halved
    12 small cherry tomatoes
1 tsp. Hy-Vee ranch dressing mix

    Things To Grab

    • 6-inch long blunt wooden candy apple stick

    Directions

    1. Remove crusts from bread slices; cut each slice into 4 squares and set aside. Cut cheese chunk lengthwise in half. Wrap and set aside one portion for another use. Cut remaining cheese portion crosswise to make 12 (1/2-inch-thick) slices.

    2. Thread 1 (6-inch long) blunt wooden candy apple stick with 1 piece each in the following order: bread, cheese, folded cucumber ribbon, folded ham, bread, and cherry tomato. Thread ingredients again on the same stick to make 1 kabob. Repeat making 5 additional kabobs using remaining ingredients.

    3. Place kabobs, in a single layer, in a rimmed pan or on a serving tray. Sprinkle with dry ranch dressing mix. Cover and refrigerate 10 minutes before serving.
