- Large baking sheet
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place 1 ham slice and 1 cheese slice on a work surface and roll tightly together.
Unwrap crescent roll dough, separate into wedges, and place on a work surface.
Place ham and cheese roll on crescent dough at wide end and roll together, pressing edges firmly in place. Place on a baking sheet.
Bake until golden brown, 6 to 8 minutes.
Skewer with toothpick and garnish with pickles or sliced cucumber, radish or peppers. Serve with mustard, if desired.
