    ½ c. Hy-Vee unsalted butter
    ⅔ c. packed Hy-Vee dark brown sugar
    ⅓ c. light corn syrup
    Hy-Vee cinnamon
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee baking soda
    1 (3 oz) bag Hy-Vee light butter popcorn
    1 (12 oz) can Hy-Vee mixed nuts
    1 (11 oz) bag candy corn

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
    2. Melt together butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and cinnamon in a medium saucepan. Remove from heat. Stir in baking soda.
    3. Meanwhile, pop popcorn and place in a roasting pan or a large baking pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Pour caramel over the popcorn and stir well. Stir in mixed nuts.
    4. Bake 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in candy corn. Store in an airtight container.
