    2 (9-oz. each) pkgs. Gustare Vita basil and mascarpone cheese ravioli
    1 (17.6-oz.) bottle Gustare Vita tomato basil pasta sauce
    ½ (8-oz.) pkg. Hy-Vee shredded mozzarella cheese
    Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

    • 8x8-inch baking dish
    • Hy-Vee nonstick cooking spray
    • Wire cooling rack

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8x8-inch baking dish with nonstick spray; set aside.

    2. Spread 1/4 cup pasta sauce in the bottom of the dish. Top with a layer of ravioli and 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. Repeat to create 3 layers, finishing with remaining sauce and shredded mozzarella. 

    3. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through and cheese is bubbly. Remove from oven and cool 5 minutes before serving.
