    2 lbs. lean ground beef
    ½ c. chopped onion
    1 (10.75 oz) can light chicken gumbo soup
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee ketchup
    1 tbsp. prepared mustard
    10 Hy-Vee whole wheat bakery hamburger buns

    Directions

    1. Brown ground beef and onions in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain.
    2. In separate bowl, mix together soup, ketchup and mustard. Stir into ground beef. Simmer about 10 minutes.
    3. Serve on hamburger buns.
