½ c. Hy-Vee medium salsa
¼ c. light mayonnaise
2 tbsp. chopped cilantro leaves
1 lime, juiced
Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee black pepper, to taste
Hy-Vee restaurant-style yellow corn tortilla chips, for serving

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except the chips. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
  2. Serve with corn tortilla chips if desired.
