Grilled Vegetables with Basil Butter
Servings and Ingredients
|3 tbsp.||butter or margarine, melted|
|1 ½ tsp.||Spice Islands sweet basil|
|¾ tsp.||Spice Islands onion salt|
|2 ear(s)||fresh corn, cut crosswise into 2-inch pieces|
|2||patty pan squash, cut into 2-inch thick pieces|
|2||zucchini, cut crosswise inot 2-inch pieces|
|1||medium red onion, quartered|
- In small bowl, combine butter, basil and onion salt; mix well. Set aside.
- Place vegetables on grid over medium coals; brush generously with butter mixture. Grill 10 minutes.
- Turn vegetables; brush with remaining butter. Grill 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.
