    1 c. plain yogurt
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 tbsp. lemon juice
    Salt and black pepper, to taste
    Cumin powder, if desired
    Chopped parsley, if desired
    Lemon wedges, for garnish

    Directions

    1. In a bowl, mix together yogurt, garlic, cayenne and lemon juice. Season, to taste, with salt and black pepper. Chill sauce until ready to use.
    2. Before serving, sprinkle cumin powder and parsley on yogurt sauce, if desired. Garnish with lemon wedges and serve with grilled vegetables, flatbread and/or your favorite crusty bread.
