1 slice(s) Hy-Vee cheddar cheese
1 green pepper, seeded and cut into rings
4 slice(s) Roma tomato
½ c. baby spinach leaves

  • Spatula

Directions

  1. Heat counter top grill or large skillet to medium heat

  2. On one piece of bread, layer cheese, green pepper ring, tomato slices and baby spinach leaves. Place remaining slice of bread on top.
  3. Place on the grill surface and close the lid. Cook for 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove from grill with spatula and cut in half to serve.
