    1 ½ lbs. ground turkey breast
    ⅓ c. dill pickle relish
    ¼ c. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper, to taste
    4 slice(s) Havarti cheese
    4 whole wheat buns, split and toasted
    lettuce
    sliced tomatoes

    Directions

    1. Preheat grill to medium-high and lightly oil the grates.
    2. Mix turkey, pickle relish, mayonnaise, salt and pepper in a bowl, tossing gently with your hands. Shape meat into 4 patties slightly larger than the buns to allow for shrinkage. Grill burgers until cooked through, 4 to 5 minutes per side. In the last 2 minutes of grilling, top burgers with cheese and place buns on the grill. (The temperature of the burger should be 165 degrees when done.)
    3. Arrange lettuce and tomatoes on buns, then top with burgers and Basil Mayonnaise (see recipe on hy-vee.com).
