    6 Hy-Vee Seafood shrimp skewers, tails removed
    1 ½ tbsp. Hy-Vee unsalted butter, melted
    1 ½ tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
    1 (20-in.) Hy-Vee Bakery Baking Stone baguette
    8 butterhead lettuce leaves, for serving
    Tomato, sliced, for serving
    Hy-Vee dill pickle slices, for serving
    Louisiana hot sauce, for serving, if desired

    Directions

    1. Preheat a charcoal or gas grill with a greased grill rack for direct cooking over medium-high heat. Brush shrimp skewers, with butter, and sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning. 

    2. Grill skewers on a greased grill rack 3 to 4 minutes, turning once, until shrimp are pink and cooked through. Remove shrimp from skewers. 

    3. Cut baguette crosswise into 4 pieces; split pieces lengthwise and toast, if desired. Spread sauce on cut sides of bread. Layer baguette bottoms with lettuce leaves, tomato slices, dill pickle slices, and shrimp. Drizzle with hot sauce, if desired.
