    ¾ c. Hy-Vee Select balsamic vinegar
    ¼ c. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla extract
    4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
    ½ c. Hy-Vee light sour cream

    Directions

    1. In a saucepan over medium heat, stir together the balsamic vinegar and brown sugar. Simmer 8 to 10 minutes until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Set aside.
    2. Preheat grill to medium heat. Place peaches on the grill rack, cut side down. Cook 5 minutes, turn peaches over. Brush peaches with balsamic glaze and cook 2 to 3 more minutes. Place peaches on serving dishes and top each with a tablespoon of sour cream before serving.
