    ¼ c. Fresh Churned garlic butter with Parmesan and basil, melted, plus additional for serving

    Fresh basil, thinly sliced, for garnish

    Directions

    1. Preheat a charcoal or gas grill for direct grilling over medium-high heat (375 degrees).

    2. Peel and cut onions each into 6 slices, about 1/2-inch thick. Thread slices onto metal skewers.

    3. Brush 1/4 cup melted butter over both sides of onion slices; season to taste with all-purpose rub. Grill 8 to 10 minutes, turning halfway through. Remove slices from skewers and serve with additional butter. Garnish with sliced basil, if desired.
