Directions
Combine butter, steak sauce, vinegar, thyme, garlic paste, and brown sugar in a bowl. Reserve half of marinade. Toss mushrooms with remaining marinade. Cover and refrigerate 20 minutes.
Preheat a charcoal or gas grill for direct cooking over medium-high heat. Thread five to six mushroom halves per skewer. Microwave reserved marinade about 10 seconds to melt butter. Grill 8 to 10 minutes, turning once, brushing with reserved marinade every few minutes. Garnish with additional chopped fresh thyme, if desired.
