    ¼ c. red bell pepper, seeded and finely chopped
    1 tsp. jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
    1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
    4 (5-to-6 oz. each) mahi mahi fillets, thawed if frozen
    2 tbsp. pineapple juice

    Directions

    1. To make tropical salsa, combine kiwi, mango, pineapple, bell pepper, jalapeno, and lime juice in a medium bowl. Cover and chill until serving time.

    2. Heat a charcoal or gas grill for direct cooking over medium heat.

    4. Brush mahi mahi with pineapple juice. Grill fish 5 minutes per 1/2-inch thickness, turning once, or until fish flakes easily with a fork (145 degrees). Serve tropical salsa over fish.
