2 tsp.Hy-Vee lemon pepper seasoning

Directions

  1. Prepare half a charcoal or gas grill for direct cooking over medium heat and the other half for indirect heat.
  2. Season chicken with lemon pepper seasoning.
  3. Grill chicken, placing skin side down first, over direct heat for 8 minutes, turning once. Move chicken, skin side up, to indirect heat side of grill and continue to grill, without turning, for 35 to 40 minutes or until a thermometer inserted into the thickest portion of the chicken registers 165 degrees.
