Directions

  1. Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray; heat over medium heat. Spread butter on one side of bread slices. Place 2 slices, buttered sides down, in heated skillet. 

  2. Top each with equal amounts fig preserves, arugula, and Havarti. Top with remaining 2 bread slices, buttered sides up. Cook 4 to 6 minutes or until bread is toasted and cheese begins to melt, turning halfway through.
