4 oz. Hy-Vee Deli Black Forest smoked ham, thinly sliced
3 Hy-Vee whole sweet gherkin pickles, sliced
4 slice(s) Hy-Vee Bakery 10-grain bread
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee stone ground honey-Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee unsalted butter

Directions

  1. Divide cheese, ham, and pickles, between 2 slices of bread. Spread one side of remaining bread slices with mustard; place slices, mustard sides down, on top of pickles to make sandwiches.

  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Arrange sandwiches in skillet. Cook sandwiches, covered, for 4 minutes or until bottoms are golden. Using a wide spatula, turn sandwiches over and cook, covered, for 4 minutes or until toasted and cheese is melted.
