    2multigrain flatbreads
    ¼ c.Hy-Vee shredded Cheddar cheese
    ¼ c.shredded Gruyere cheese
    2nectarines, pitted and sliced
    1 tbsp.Hy-Vee canola oil
    1 c.fresh arugula
    ½(2-oz.) pkg. prosciutto, cut into strips
    c.fresh blueberries

    • Charcoal or gas grill

    Directions

    1. Preheat a charcoal or gas grill with greased grill rack over medium heat. Grill 2 multigrain flatbreads 1 to 2 minutes or until slightly charred. Remove from grill. Immediately sprinkle Cheddar and Gruyere cheese blend on flatbreads; set aside. 

    2. Brush nectarines with canola oil. Grill 1 to 2 minutes or until slightly charred, turning once. Top flatbreads with arugula, prosciutto; grilled nectarines, and fresh blueberries. Cut each flatbread into 8 wedges.
