2 tsp.Old Bay seasoning
Hy-Vee black pepper, to taste
4Hy-Vee hamburger buns
Green leaf lettuce and Hy-Vee tartar sauce, for serving

Directions

  1. Drizzle halibut with oil and season with Old Bay and pepper. Grill on a hot pan 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
  2. Serve halibut on hamburger buns with lettuce and tartar sauce, if desired.
