Prepare a charcoal or gas grill for indirect grilling over high heat (425 degrees). Grease grill grates with paper towels dipped in canola oil. Remove all packaging from pizza.

Once grill is hot, add pizza directly to the grill grates. Grill 4 to 6 minutes, rotate pizza, and grill an additional 4 to 6 minutes or until crust is crisp and cheese is melted. Remove pizza from grill.
Top pizza with fresh arubula and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Cut into 8 slices and serve with mixed fruit.
