|1||(3-lbs.) seedless watermelon|
|1 tsp.||orange zest, plus additional for garnish|
|¼ c.||fresh orange juice|
|2 tbsp.||Hy-Vee honey|
|½ c.||Hy-Vee vanilla Greek yogurt|
|¼ c.||fresh blueberries|

- Charcoal or gas grill
- Small bowl
- Silicone pastry brush
Cut watermelon into 1-inch thick slices; discard ends. Combine orange zest, orange juice and honey in a small bowl.
Grill watermelon slices for 2 to 3 minutes; turn and brush orange juice mixture slices. Grill 2 minutes more. Remove from the grill and brush remaining orange juice mixture over slices.
Cut each slice into 4 wedges. Serve topped with yogurt and blueberries. Garnish with orange zest, if desired.
