    4 (4 oz each) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
    Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee garlic powder, divided
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee Italian seasoning, divided
    4 tbsp. HealthMarket pasta sauce, divided
    4 slice(s) Hy-Vee organic mozzarella cheese

    Directions

    1. Brush chicken breasts with olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
    2. Grill over medium-high heat for 18 to 20 minutes, turning once, or until internal temperature reaches 165ºF.
    3. Top each grilled chicken breast with 1 tablespoon pasta sauce and one slice cheese. Continue to grill until cheese is slightly melted, about 1 to 2 minutes.
