    ¼ lbs.Hy-Vee chicken fajita mix
    2Hy-Vee fajita size flour tortillas
    2 tbsp.Hy-Vee thick and chunky salsa
    1 tbsp.Cotija cheese, crumbled

    • Grill basket
    • Meat thermometer

    Directions

    1. Preheat a charcoal or gas grill to medium-high heat. Spray a grill basket with nonstick cooking spray and place on grill rack for 3 to 5 minutes or until hot.

    2. Add chicken fajita blend to grill basket and cook 10 to 12 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (165 degrees) and vegetables are tender, turning occasionally. Chicken and vegetables from heat; keep warm.

    3. Grill tortillas on each side for about 1 minute or until charred. Tent with foil and keep warm.

    4. To assemble fajita tacos, top charred tortillas with cooked chicken, salsa, and crumbled Cotija cheese. Serve immediately.
