|¼ lbs.||Hy-Vee chicken fajita mix|
|2||Hy-Vee fajita size flour tortillas|
|2 tbsp.||Hy-Vee thick and chunky salsa|
|1 tbsp.||Cotija cheese, crumbled|

- Charcoal or gas grill
- Grill basket
- Meat thermometer
Add chicken fajita blend to grill basket and cook 10 to 12 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (165 degrees) and vegetables are tender, turning occasionally. Chicken and vegetables from heat; keep warm.
Grill tortillas on each side for about 1 minute or until charred. Tent with foil and keep warm.
To assemble fajita tacos, top charred tortillas with cooked chicken, salsa, and crumbled Cotija cheese. Serve immediately.
