    2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    2 tbsp. chopped fresh oregano
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee reduced-sodium soy sauce
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
    8 chicken drumsticks

    Directions

    1. Combine all ingredients into a large resealable plastic bag. Turn bag to coat chicken. Marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours or up to 2 days, turning occasionally.
    2. Prepare grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken until cooked through and golden brown on all sides, turning frequently, about 30 minutes.
