|1 tbsp. Weber Grill Creations Chicago steak seasoning, divided|
- Lightly coat the steaks with oil. Season them evenly with steak seasoning.
- Grill steaks 11 to 14 minutes or until desired doneness is reached, turning once.
- Let rest 3 to 5 minutes before serving.
