Description
Combine two things everyone loves: grilled cheese and hot dogs! These Grilled Cheese Hot Dogs are perfect for summer nights, plus they're made with less than five ingredients.

16 slice(s) Hy-Vee deli style sharp Cheddar cheese slices | ||
Hy-Vee bread & butter sweet pickle slices, for serving | ||
Koops' Arizona heat mustard, for serving |

Directions
Split franks lengthwise without cutting through other side. Open franks to lay flat. Place franks on grill, cut sides down. Grill 4 to 5 minutes or until lightly browned (165 degrees), turning halfway through.
Split hot dog buns lengthwise without cutting through other side. Open buns to lay flat. Spread butter on cut sides of buns. Place a sheet of foil on grill rack. Place buns on foil, butter sides down. Cover each bun with 2 cheese slices. Place a cooked frank on top of the cheese on one side of each bun. Grill 1 to 2 minutes or until bottoms of buns are lightly toasted and cheese is melted.
To serve, top franks with mustard and pickles, if desired. Fold buns in half to cover franks.
