2 tbsp.Gustare Vita garlic-flavored olive oil, divided
1 tbsp.fresh rosemary, finely chopped
½ tsp.fine sea salt
¼ tsp.Hy-Vee coarse ground black pepper
1 ½ c.Hy-Vee Short Cuts bell pepper strips

Directions

  1. Preheat a charcoal or gas grill for direct cooking over medium-high heat. Microwave potatoes in their packaging for 5 minutes; cut potatoes in half. Drizzle with 1-1/2 tablespoon garlic-flavored olive oil; toss to combine. Add rosemary, sea salt, and pepper to potatoes; toss to coat.

  2. Place potatoes in a grill basket. Grill 3 minutes. Toss bell pepper strips with 1/2 tablespoon garlic-flavored olive oil. Add to grill basket. Grill 3 to 5 minutes or until peppers are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
