Description
Crunchy, mild-flavored greens such as romaine and spinach, tossed with a Granny Smith apple, stand up beautifully to this thick and creamy herb dressing. Greek yogurt makes a tasty low-fat foundation for the dressing. You can also serve this as a dip with your favorite crudités.

Directions
- Place basil, parsley, yogurt, green onion, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper in a food processor or blender. Cover and process until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
