1jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
1Anaheim chile, seeded and finely chopped
½ c.finely chopped white onion
3ripe avocadoes, peeled and pitted
Chopped fresh cilantro, optional

    Directions

    1. Combine lemon juice and sea salt in a medium bowl. Stir in jalapeno, chilies, onion and avocadoes. Mix until desired consistency is reached. For a creamy version, use a blender to combine all ingredients. 

    2. Stir in cilantro, if desired. Season to taste with additional salt, if desired.
