Green Bean Casserole with Mushrooms
Servings and Ingredients
|1 (15 ounce) can Hy-Vee French-cut green beans, drained|
|1 (6.5 ounce) can Hy-Vee mushroom stems and pieces, drained|
|1 (10.5 ounce) can Hy-Vee 98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup|
|¼ c. Hy-Vee shredded cheddar cheese|
|1 c. Hy-Vee French fried onions|
- Combine green beans, mushrooms, soup and cheese in a large bowl.
- Transfer to a 2-quart casserole dish that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle with onions and bake, uncovered, for an additional 10 minutes.
