Green Bean Bowtie Salad
Servings and Ingredients
|2 c.||fresh green beans, trimmed|
|2 c.||cooked bowtie pasta, measured after cooking|
|1||medium cucumber, peeled, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced (1 cup)|
|1||(4 oz) can Hy-Vee sliced ripe olives, drained|
|1 c.||halved grape tomatoes|
|1 c.||crumbled feta cheese|
|¾ c.||Hy-Vee lite Italian salad dressing|
- Place green beans in a large saucepan with 1/2 inch of water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook, uncovered, for 4 minutes or until tender. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, including green beans. Mix well.
- Cover and chill until serving time.
